Sticking with our ideology of offering the best system to suit your needs, not the supplier, PFT have had the opportunity to work with 3 of the largest players in the carpark decking arena... Flowcrete, Fosroc & Sika.  In partnership with Flowcrete, PFT Systems have successfully applied Flowcrete Deckshield (click here to visit Flowcrete Deckshield website) to numerous waterproof decking projects e.g. for the large client, NCP Car Parks.  Presently this success has been improved with our partnership with Fosroc and their new revolutionary SM Membrane which is extensively used on podium deck installations. Working with Sika, PFT have also installed many successful and highly colorful systems like in Tuam Retail Park (top picture on the right).

Why some clients require this system:

• Provide protective coating to exposed areas of concrete on top deck of car park

• Protects surface air borne contamination and road salts, which would cause damage to the concrete and steel structure of the building

• Can be used as a protective barrier between concrete and flagstones / pavers, etc

• Decorative – materials can be supplied in a variety of colour

• Flexible finish designed to provide optimum adhesion between the substrate and the decking system during the normal cycle of movement within the substrate induced by temperature and structural changes and traffic levels.

• Suppress residual moisture and rising damp and prevent ingress of water.

• Provides resistance to typical motor vehicle fluids eg battery acid, petrol, diesel, de-icing salt solutions.

• Abrasion and slip-resistance when combined with aggregate.
