Stages - There were 8 Stages
Stage 1 - Form work, reinforcement and installation of concrete to pad
foundations and ground beams.
Stage 2 - Placement of filler boards to parameter isolation joints
around columns
Stage 3 - Spacing and tying double mesh reinforcement
Stage 4 - Preparation (Protection of internal finished block work.
Fitting of isolation joint to stanchion and pipe work)
Stage 5 - Pumping of concrete and the addition of super-plasticisers on
site
Stage 6 - Screeding of concrete to preset levels
Stage 7 - Power trowel concrete and application of spray on acrylic
sealer.
Stage 8 - Saw cut concrete to a min of 1/3 of total thickness to form
induced joint
