Benburb Bramley Apples, Benburb

Systems have recently installed of 6mm deep polyurethane
screeds using power troweled techniques, which allows
consistency of finish over large areas
Project Requirements - Installation of polyurethane
screed to create falls within the floor. And the supply
and installation of additional drainage channels. Had to
resist constant attack of malic acids (apple juice) and allow
for easy daily cleaning.
Project Duration - 12th December 2001 to 23rd December
2001
Project Size - 660 m2
Existing Conditions - Install to both new and old concrete.
Stages - There were 5 Stages
Stage 1 - Preparation
Stage 2 - Priming
Stage 3 - Apply 2nd Coat of Primmer
Stage 4 - Laying Floor Screed
Stage 5 - Apply Top Coat
