bottling plant to supply their world market, requiring a no
maintenance chemical & heat resistant resin system.
Project Duration - 8th Nov - 12 Dec 2002
Project Size - 6,000m2
Existing Conditions - 3 Areas.
Area 1 - Process/Production - 1,200m2 Flowcrete UltraFresh
(9mm thick) inmatt blue.
Area 2 - Bottling Hall - 3,700m2 Flowcrete UltraFresh (6mm
thick) in matt blue.
Area 3 - Chemical Bunds - 1,100m2 Flowcrete UltraFresh (6 &
9mm thick) in grey.
Stages - There were 3 Stages
Stage 1 - Preparation
Stage 2 - Priming/Surafce DPM
Stage 3 - Laying Floor Screed
Materials Used - Flowcrete HydraSeal and Flowcrete
