converted to a limited company.
KEY SUCCESS
FACTORS
Below are a list of success factors which help keep
us above the rest.
1. Comprehensive Service
PFT Systems is unique in
its ability to offer a totally comprehensive service from
pre-qualification through to final installation.
2. Problem Solving
PFT Systems ability to solve problems and
offer innovative solutions enables them to offer a superior
service to their customers. Clients are able to call
upon PFT when faced with difficulty circumstances - PFT have produced innovative solutions for clients such as
Mortenson Europe, Seagate Technology (Limavady), Errigal Fish (Kilcar),
Batchelors (Dublin), Baxter Healtcare (Castlebar), DOE
Construction (Stormont Belfast).
3. Breadth of Materials Choice
PFT Systems main competitive advantage is
that we are able to draw upon an extensive knowledge of the
leading specialists flooring products and product
manufacturers. From our conception, we have chosen to
remain independent and not
to be "tied" to any one major manufacturer and as a
result this enables us to select from a wide range of products to
meet our clients individual requirements.
4. Quality of Finished Work and Attention
to Detail
All of our site operatives are given an
induction program before commencing work on site - a major
element of this induction is to emphasis the need for high
standards of health and safety and quality of
workmanship. High standards are maintained by regular
assessment of each employee, on-site training/specialist
training and on-site supervision. All staff are
encouraged to maintain constant attention to detail in
relation to all aspects of their work so that any problems can
be identified and dealt with as quickly as possible.
EPILOGUE
From our small beginnings PFT Systems now employ 28 full
time staff and it is currently anticipated that we will
achieve our target of 30 full time employees by June 2003.
