PFT Systems Resin Division today begun work on the
refurbishment of the Springwell Carpark in Ballymena.
The project will see the removal of the existing asphalt
surface and the installation of a new multi coloured
waterproofing decking system. The project is expected
to be completed by late September 2005.

PFT 's Construction Division, have recently begun working on a
€1.7 million contract in Lucan. The project will see a
new multi million pound private medical centre open by 2006.
The development consists off a 145 room centre spread over a
large 3 wing structure at a prime site beside the Liffey
Valley Retail Park.

for Bennett Construction. The large project will see a
new 5* hotel and business complex being built in Cavan.
PFT Construction Division have been awarded the contract for
the building of this new reinforced structure. The
project is expected to last until the later part of 2005.

introduction of an industrial cleaning division headed up by Mr
Bernard Brady. The new revolutionary products offer, as

waterproof 2,500m2. A new revolutionary product from
Fosroc (Proofex SM) will be used in this project.
